BUD專項基金於2018年上調內地計劃資助上限至港幣一百萬，以至新增資助上限同樣為港幣一百萬的東盟計劃。

BUD專項基金創立目的是為資助香港不同企業發展品牌、升級轉型和拓展營銷，用以提升香港企業在內地市場和自貿市場（即所有與香港簽署自由貿易協定的地區和國家）的競爭力和企業規模，透過BUD資助促進香港企業在世界市場的發展。

BUD 專項基金 - 資助金額

企業上限
0 萬

每間申請公司最多可以在「BUD內地計劃」及「BUD自貿協定計劃」申請一共不多於60個核准項目。

  • 整個資助計劃累計資助上限在最新的財政預算案提升至每家企業上限為港幣700萬元
  • 政府最多資助每個核准項目50%的開支，而企業必須要以現金形式支付及承擔不少於該項目50%的費用。
    換句話說，企業承擔一半開支，政府資助另一半開支。
  • BUD每個申請項目資助上限為港幣100萬元。
  • 而BUD首期撥款為75%，於申請企業與生產力局簽署獲批項目協議後約30日內於公司銀行戶口收到

BUD 專項基金 - 申請資格

企業無需在內地市場或自貿市場擁有任何業務亦可申請BUD專項基金，但是申請企業或需先在目標市場建立分公司，才能執行項目措施和取得當地營業證照，以滿足「BUD專項基金」的申請要求。

  • 企業需要根據《商業登記條例》(第310章)在香港登記
  • 非上市公司/企業
  • 在香港有實質業務運作
  • 如申請涉及當地單位執行項目措施，申請企業興當地單位必須要有直接投資關係
